Be it Enacted by the Hall of the Consilium of South Florida:

The Consilium shall keep the island of New Atlantis under surveillance, magical or otherwise, at all times whenever possible.

The Department of Consilium Intelligence is established. The Department of Consilium Intelligence is an Executive department.

A Secretary of Intelligence shall be the Chief Executive of the Department of Consilium Intelligence, under the authority of the Hierarch.
